The white toilet and lid - replaced with blue toilet and purple seat
1 pink sofa tile - slightly different shade of pink tile
1x step - shown at top of stairs different shade
1 green window - replace with clear window (colourless) - seen top left
Bag 4 is sealed and not been opened, hence set is built up until this part.
Small bag with some spares left over during build including minifigs hair as taken off for helmet.
No stickers have been applied or are included ( sticker sheet missing)
As such they this is complete for parts but not the stickers.
